Question: I recently saw an advertisement for Gevalia coffee and a coffee maker. Is it any good, and does that coffee maker work? Is there any guaranty on it? Can you get standard filters to fit in the coffee maker, or would I forever have to buy special filters through Gevalia? Thanks for any information!
Answer: Yes, Gevalia is a good coffee, but definitely not the best I've ever had. I've had the coffee maker, it didn't last very long. My MIL went through two of the Gevalia coffee makers within a year. Best bet? Get a coffee maker and grinder from a local store, pick up some nice coffee beans at Starbucks, and you can be enoying your java this afternoon instead of waiting two weeks for the Gevalia to arrive!
