Question: Does germicidal bleach have the same whitining (sp?) effect on clothing as regular bleach, or is it the same?
Answer: Yes it does, it just states that so that it stands out in the advertisement on the bottle, that it is a disinfectant/germicidal. Bleach is bleach. :-)
