Question: Hello, I have a gravity fed (both cold and hot) thermostatic shower which is very slow. I do not want to install a pump. If I change the shower with manual shower (i.e. both hot and cold water depends on manual tap adjustments), Do I get a better flow? Thanks.
Answer: thermostatic shower controls only control the temp nothing else you will need to install a pump to increase the pressuer all mixer showers need a pump unless you have a pumped water system in your house the only way around it with out installing a pump is to install a electric shower both are fairly easy to install if you are confident with electrics if not leave alone
